Before you begin, we recommend going through our shipping policies to ensure a seamless shopping experience.


1. Order Processing Time
All orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days.
Deliveries within India take around 4-7 business days. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

2. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: Free on all PREPAID ORDERS.
A flat shipping fee of ₹100 is applicable on CASH ON DELIVERY orders.

3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within India. Orders placed from outside India will not be processed.

4. Delivery Attempts
We try our best to ensure your order reaches you smoothly. Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times. If the package remains undelivered, it will be returned to us. Re-dispatch can be arranged at an additional shipping charge to be borne by the customer. 

5. Incorrect Details
In a situation of a failed delivery due to incorrect details entered by the customer. The customer will have to pay for another delivery attempt.

6. Packaging
Every order is carefully packed to ensure your jewelry reaches you in perfect condition. If you notice any tampering or damage to the outer packaging, please do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately at lunara.jewelss@gmail.com or DM us on our Instagram handle @lunarajewels.in

Same day delivery available in Delhi NCR with shipping charges to be borne by the customer. Kindly discuss further regarding this on Instagram DMs.
